Static & Dynamic Stretch: calves, hammies, hip flexors

Workout

7 out 7 back!

You have 7 minutes to get as far away from your starting point - You've got 7 minutes to get back!

Walk, Run, Ride, Bear Crawl, Lunge, Skateboard😉 - It doesn't matter what mode you use, just 7 out and 7 back.

Push the pace out and push even harder back.

Cool down

Coldest shower, Ice Bath or Ocean. - 7 minutes - Find your Zen :P
