  • Sessions run as a 10 week block during school terms.

  • 4pm Mon-Thurs

  • Designed for primary school children aged 7-12 year olds.

  • Focused on developing fundamental movement patterns.

  • Coached by highly qualified and experienced coaches.

  • Incorporating strength, conditioning, circuits, games and more.

  • Your child will improve their overall physical capacity, movement literacy, knowledge of fitness specifics and gain an invaluable sense of achievement.

  • $175/term


  • Designed for 13-17 year olds.

  • Monday & Wednesday 4:45pm (staffed hours membership available when deemed capable).

  • All sessions coached by highly qualified and experienced coaches.

  • Once fundamentals are met, individualised programs are provided based on overall fitness goals or sport.

  • Designed to improve overall strength & fitness plus sports specific performance.

  • $20/session or $85/month for youth membership
