Smith's Fitness is home to one of the biggest competitive Powerlifting teams in Perth, so it's safe to say you'll be surrounded by like-minded people. With all the equipment you need, plus a club like atmosphere any Powerlifter will feel at home at Smith's Fitness.

Since we've been involved in Powerlifting our team has gone from strength to strength (sick pun!). We have now had upwards of 50 different lifters take the platform at either novice or sanctioned events.

 

Our Powerlifting team has access to competition specific programming, gym floor coaching/spotting and competition day handling which includes warm up, attempt selections, knee wrapping, plus more. The team aspect is really what makes Smith's Fitness a great place for Powerlifters. Being able to bounce ideas, spot, wrap and support each other allows us to train safely and get stronger together. Who wouldn't love that.
