Hey, I'm AJ owner and head coach here at Smith's Fitness. I started Smith's out of my garage in 2014. All I've ever wanted to do is move, from Rugby as a youngster & teen, to Powerlifting, Skateboarding and Ultra Running. My goal is to share my passion and expertise in fitness to help people live a healthy, active and fulfilling life.
