Our Strong Kids program is designed to introduce 7-12years old to strength training in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Sessions run as a 10 week block during school terms.

  • 4pm Mon-Thurs *Kids typically do 1 session per week

  • Designed for primary school children aged 7-12 year olds.

  • Focused on developing fundamental movement patterns.

  • Coached by highly qualified and experienced coaches.

  • Incorporating strength, conditioning, circuits, games and more.

  • Your child will improve their overall physical capacity, movement literacy, knowledge of fitness specifics and gain an invaluable sense of achievement.

  • $185/term (10 sessions)
