as many rounds in 10 minutes
DB Thruster x 10
Reverse Lunges x 10 (5ea - with or without DBs)
Push Ups x 10
*Challenge yourself with that DB weight.
(Scale movements as needed and maintain the movement standards)
Warm Down
Foam Roll + Static stretch
