Our StrongKids and StrongTeens programs provide expert coaching and a high level training solution for youth of all abilities.



  • Designed for 7-12 year olds.

  • Run as a 10 week block during each school term, booking essential.

  • Focused on developing fundamentals movement pattern.

  • Coached by highly qualified and experienced coaches.

  • Incorporating strength, conditioning, circuits, games and more.

  • Your child will improve their overall physical capacity, movement literacy, knowledge of fitness specifics and gain an invaluable sense of achievement.


  • Designed for 13-17 year olds.

  • Monday & Wednesday 4:45pm (full membership available when deemed capable). No booking required.

  • All sessions coached by highly qualified and experienced coaches.

  • Once fundamentals are met, individualised programs are provided based on overall fitness goals or sport.

  • Designed to improve overall strength & fitness plus sports performance.
