Gym MembershipOur memberships include: gym floor coaching, on-going programming, all our group sessions and open gym use. I take pride in what goes on within my gym so my help is here for each and every member. That's what makes us different to your everyday gym.
Personal TrainingA complete training service including every aspect of your development from lifestyle down to reps and sets. Together we will develop a structured and progressive program designed specifically for your goals.
Strength & ConditioningA fully comprehensive Strength and Conditioning service for athletes and sporting clubs. Be assured you're in good hands with a university qualified and ASCA accredited S&C Coach.
Exercise RehabAn ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist is an allied health professional recognised by Medicare and most private health insurers as experts in the prescription of exercise to help limit the effect of injuries and various health conditions.
Group SessionsBootcamp - Tues and Thurs at 5:30pm
Barbell Crew - Mon and Wed 6pm & Sat 8am
All fitness levels are catered for.
