BUILD is our bodybuilding program. A 6 day split sees you hitting chest/back x 2, shoulders/arms x 2 and legs x 2 per week. That might be little higher frequency than a lot of bodybuilding splits but I think it's important to keep frequency high to maximise progression. This program also utilises a pyramid rep scheme which is a favourite of mine. Fatigue is built up quickly and each set feels worthwhile. It's a great feeling getting that instant feedback that you're working hard, and trust me you will be.
