Smith's Cross Training is an innovative take on your typical high intensity circuit session. Blending all the good stuff from HIIT, Calisthenics, CrossFit, Powerlifting & Bodybuilding, Smith's Cross Training is one of a kind.
It's all about staying on the move, keeping the work rate high, enjoying the variety and reveling in our awesome group atmosphere.
If you are looking to improve on all fronts; mobility, strength/power, cardiovascular fitness and body composition, Smith's Cross Training is for you.
Whilst these sessions can be very tough our awesome coaches are on hand to scale things for all fitness levels.
